go in bar and talk to bar keeper
he will tell you to go copper rocks and talk to an npc there dont go here 4743 in copper rocks and wait you will be sucked into the ground
follow the path and talk to the ghost you will be told to kill the sky dragon he is 1 west
then talk to ghost again and then follow path up nexted it will tell you to kill dark lord top floor of Citadel of Evil (you need key )
then talk to npc top floor she will tell you to kill portal of darkness ground floor at ent kill it then go back to npc top floor
you will get reward in an hour or so from quest
